In partnership with Hillhouse Parish Church of Scotland we are jointly hosting Living the Questions 2.0. This popular DVD and discussion based material helps to explore in a safe environment some of the questions we may have about faith, about God, about the Bible and about the Christian life. If you have doubts about whether Christianity is really just about a set of rules, or a list of things you have to believe, then Living the Questions is for you.

This spring and early summer we will explore the first section of Living the Questions which is called "An Invitation to Journey".

In a recent survey undertaken by the Kirk Session to determine in what areas our ministry needed to be developed we found that small groups where people can meet to share fellowship, study together and build genuine friendships should be a stronger emphasis of our work.

We are thinking about how best to implement this at the moment, but if you would be interested then please let us know so that we can keep you informed of developments personally. Use the contact form to get in touch with us.

Scripture Union Daily Bread

A number of members in the congregation utilise the quarterly Scripture Union Daily Bread book which provides a daily passage and thought for your reflection. If you would also like to receive a copy of this guide (regular or large print editions are available) then please contact Peter Johnston on 01698 828633.

The cost is £2.75 per quarter.
