Everyone who is at worship on Sunday morning will get a wee booklet in the Order of Service which has a short reflection for each day of Holy Week. I do encourage its use this week as we reflect on what happened during the week between Palm Sunday and Easter Day. All too often we go from one celebration to the next and fail to remember all that took place inbetween. As well as using the daily reflections, however, why not take a little time out of this week to read a couple of chapters from the last week Jesus had with his disciples: Mark 14: 1 - 15:47. This is a means of preparation for the Easter celebration on Sunday 12 April. A modern translation can be found here. Turn down the lights, make sure it is quiet, and read through the whole thing. Take your time. Be present there.
