I confess yesterday was one super-tiring day... I was picked up at 8:30 a.m. to head down to the church to set up for our first Café Church service at 10 a.m. (we're down to one car at the moment after the alternator died in the Renault - what timing!) and apart from a brief trip back home to pick up some stuff was at the church until 10:30 p.m. getting ready with the IQ Group for Watchnight... It was a very fun and productive day, if exhausting. And now a police box has appeared in the church... what is going on? Find out at the Watchnight Service... Christmas Eve, 10:45 p.m. for refreshments in the church hall prior to the service starting. [There's more...] In the meantime, a huge thank you from me to all the Magnification Action Group team and the helpers we recruited to help out on Sunday morning. I thought the café service worked really well and I was delighted to see the rush to put up more tables as folks kept coming through the doors despite the freezing cold weather outside. However a particular thanks to Nicole Dickie for fighting her way through feeling sick to still come and sing her solo in the Praise Group. She was a real trooper!
