If you have lost a loved one it may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you are feeling.

That is the reason for GriefShare, a support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. These videos include on-location settings and the real-life stories of people who have experienced losses like yours.

After watching the video, you can take part in a small group discussion about what you have seen and talk with others about their loss, learning about their experiences and sharing your own.

Upcoming New Group Meeting

The first meeting of a new group will be held on Thursday 4 December, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. The venue will be 321 Glasgow Road, Blantyre. If you would like to come you will be made very welcome. To find out more about GriefShare then please contact us.
