Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

we gather to worship you;

this is how we see you working

and know your love to be true.

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

your presence demands our praises,

three persons bound by love,

may we share in that love of ages.

1. Creator God, the Father of all,

brought forth a universe of choice:

we have the freedom to live or to fall,

teach us to listen for your voice.

2. The Servant Lord, Jesus shows us the way:

live for our God not for self.

‘Go love your neighbours’ – we want to obey,

but we can’t do it by ourselves.

3. The Holy Spirit, the dove and comforter,

like a mother tending her brood,

come bringing peace, love and God’s holy fire,

let’s sing in harmony to you.
