In the Church In the Community & World
|
To help us develop as a church family we provide many opportunities for fellowship, fun and learning for all ages, more information being available under each link on the left of the page. We are a church committed to our community. We seek to build bridges between people in our community and pray that even in the small things we do we will witness to Christ's love in our parish. Our buildings are a resource to the whole community and a number of organisations already use them. However, we also are committed to our world and are continuously developing our awareness of the issues of justice and peace in our world. We run a Traidcraft stall stocking fairly traded goods and are keen to see this develop in the future to help raise awareness of the lack of global trade fairness. |
We are always open to suggestions about how we can best carry out God's mission to our church, community and world. A number of our members are actively involved in the local community groups and we ensure that relevant information is available to our members and leadership to help us discern the needs of our community. However please use our contact form to tell us your ideas about how the church can provide for other needs, especially if you are interested in setting up a new group, or if you are a part of an organisation that needs accommodation we will gladly consider your request to the Session Clerk. |
